Sevā is a Sanskrit (an ancient Indo-European language) word and concept that is prevalent in yogic philosophy.  It can be understood as an act of selfless service or a work of devotion.

At Sevā Integrated Therapy, we believe that yoga therapy is a powerful tool for managing stress and anxiety.  Our approach combines traditional yoga techniques with evidence-based practices to help you achieve balance and a sense of well-being.  We take a holistic approach to wellness, addressing the physical body, the nervous system, and the mental and emotional aspects of health.
